CASA BLANCAEl Sargento/La VentanaBaja California Sur, MexicoRental AgreementTerms and Conditions: Guests: The following persons will be occupying the house: X ________________________________________ X ________________________________________ X ________________________________________ X ________________________________________ X ________________________________________ X ________________________________________ Maximum 6 occupants. Any additional occupants must be cleared in writing prior to stay. Term of Agreement: Arrival date: ______________________________________ Departure date: ___________________________________ Rate: ___________________ Standard rental rates: $400 usd per night or $2000 per week Holiday rental rates: $800 usd per night or $4000 per week Until confirmed, all rates are subject to change without notice. Check in: 3:00 pm on date of arrival Checkout: 10:00 am on date of departure Early and /or late check out may be requested. We will try to accommodate your requests. Reservations and Deposits: A 50% reservation deposit is required within 7 days of making a reservation. Full payment, including security deposit, is due 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Security Deposit: All reservations must be accompanied by a $500 security deposit. This deposit will be refunded within 14 days after departure, less any itemized deductions. Pets: Dogs and/or cats are allowed with an additional security deposit and must be confirmed prior to stay. Cancellations and Refunds: All payments are non-refundable unless we re-rent the property for the same period of time. Reservations that are re-rented are subject to a $150.00 processing fee. Reservations may be re-scheduled, for the same property and same number of nights, up to 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date subject to a $150.00 processing fee. Final Confirmation: Final confirmation will be sent upon arrival of full payment. Limitation of Liability: I acknowledge that the sole extent of your liability for any reason shall never exceed the amount paid by me for rent of the property. Venue in Case of Dispute: I acknowledge and agree that the venue for any dispute or claim that I may wish to bring regarding my stay shall be made in the state of Baja California Sur, Mexico. I understand and agree to abide by the above mentioned terms and conditions. I understand and agree that the above stated cancellation policy is in effect. I understand and agree that any damage done to the property, its contents or associated equipment during my stay is my responsibility and any costs for repair or replacement will be deducted from my security deposit.
